The hotel is conveniently located on the east side of Guadalajara in Tonala, close to the main highway to Lake Chapala. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful. However, the rooms were not sound-proof, and the dining options looked uninspiring. The location is fine during the day but poorly lit at night, which may cause some concern for guests.
